Guaranteed Loan Program

Farm Credit West is committed to helping people enter agriculture.

• We'll help you prepare and submit an application to one of several loan guaranty agencies for a guaranteed loan if your financial picture is not all that it could be.

• You'll need to meet FSA conditions to be approved for a loan.

Interest earning future payments

Future Payment Funds

• Earn interest on cash your business has on hand, but doesn’t need right now for current expenses.
• Interest accrues daily and is compounded monthly, at our very competitive rates (interest rates are typically above the 90-day average U.S. Treasury Bill Index).
• You can withdraw your Future Payment funds at any time for operating needs. Even today — as long as you request the advance by 3 p.m.
• The amount you place into your account is limited to your Farm Credit West obligation (principal balance owed, accrued interest and available commitment).
